With over 20 years of experience as a real estate agent and investor in the Tampa Bay area, Jeannine is a powerhouse in the market. Featured in Westshore Living Magazine, she shares her passion for home renovation and flipping, transforming properties into incredible investments. Licensed in both Florida and North Carolina, Jeannine is currently completing her third multi-million dollar flip in North Carolina, showcasing her versatility and expertise across state lines.With a sharp eye for luxury and a deep understanding of South Tampa’s real estate trends, she consistently stays ahead of the market.

Nadine Maldonado
Nadine brings over 15 years of expertise in sales and marketing, coupled with 8 years of entrepreneurship. Initially stepping into real estate in 2023 to co-found South Tampa Luxury Group, she quickly recognized the immense opportunity within the industry. Since July 2024, Nadine has closed over 13 homes and counting, been featured in multiple articles for both entrepreneurship and real estate, and serves as a TV personality on Tampa’s Real Estate Essentials.

Together, this dynamic duo has not only built a thriving real estate business but also established South Tampa’s premier luxury branch office of Dalton Wade. Their office is home to 15 driven agents, fostering an environment of mentorship, collaboration, and service. Their mission?
